Forrest Eiland grew up in Austin, Texas. He enjoyed a fantastic childhood in Austin and went on to attend Texas Tech University. At Texas Tech Forrest got his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management. He worked management jobs before coming back to Austin where he lives today.

Forrest Eiland is now working for New Home Sale as a Community Consultant where he sees clients through each part of the homebuying process. Forrest applies his expertise to the initial visit with the client, the community demonstration outlines the various aspects of the neighborhood for the client and Forrest also walks them through the details of home design. After walking the client through the loan process they begin with construction and Forrest helps the client through the process all the way until the closing of the new home.
