My name is Fortunate Chando and I am originally from Masvingo Town, Zimbabwe. I am a young vibrant lady much interested in diversity management. I am a hard worker and highly guided by ethical principles of transparency, integrity, honesty and competency.I am goal driven, someone who always seek avenues to exploit into new developments.

My vision is to have greater influence on people's lives through sharing and imparting knowledge. I have passion for the marginalized people in societies to be recognized and involved in mainstream of the society.

I am a social net worker and blogger with ambition to eliminate discrimination in societies and organisations and with great hope to build a society with zero percent discrimination.

I hold a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management from Great Zimbabwe University. I have experience in teaching and currently a lecturer at College SA.
