An award-winning speaker and writer, Steven is Managing Partner of Foster+Fathom, a Leadership Training and Team-Building Group in Dallas, TX with a singular focus; to help organizations and individuals realize a Passion to Serve, the Power to Inspire and a Purpose that makes a Difference!
His leadership principle is simple; “Your outlook always determines your outcome, so go “Full-Throttle.” That’s no surprise, considering he also is a Harley-Davidson LIFE member who in 2013 completed a 32, day, 34-state, 13,000-mile solo motorcycle ride along the perimeter of the US to raise awareness and support for America’s veterans and military families.
Always a trailblazer, in 2000 Steven and his wife/business partner, Wendy became the first married couple to earn the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation, and he was inducted into the Meeting Professionals International (MPI) Community of Honorees in 2009. An advocate for giving back to the communities where we live, work and meet; .Steven also serves as an Ambassador for The Boot Campaign, a national veteran’s non-profit.
