I have recently repatriated to Australia after having lived and worked in Shanghai, China for the last 4 years.

My work experience is vast as I have more than 30 years (I feel old saying this !!) experience being associated with the industrial equipment market. I have territorial, state, national and international experience in leading teams and growing businesses.

My interests range from traveling to spending time with my family and I am passionate about CrossFit and running. My last race was in December 2019 where I ran around the Angkor Wat Temple in Cambodia.

Right now I am preparing my new consultancy business, The Inside Track.

I am affiliated with the CAPA ᴾᴿᴼ group in the USA and at the core of what I am doing is Organisational Health. I help organisations improve their health so that they can become more effective & less dysfunctional, and employees can become more fulfilled and less miserable
