I started Found Something. We take renting further!
When people visit your town, they want to experience what it’s like to be a local. We give them that experience by providing all the amenities and services of a hotel, but through your privately-owned properties, like yours.
If you property is selected for our program, we'll provide you with the consistent, long-term rental income you’ve come to expect.
Here are some questions you may be considering…
1. Who would be visiting your property?
Each of our guests are prescreened for identification, are pet free, non-smokers, and typically stay for 1-6 nights. After each visit, your property is thoroughly cleaned to the highest standards by our professional cleaning company, at no cost to you.
2. Would this require extra work for me?
Sit back and relax as we handle it all; there’s no additional management for you. Also, we’re happy to provide you with references, if needed.
3. What’s the cost? What’s the catch?
There is no fee or cost to you at any time. Once we sign a lease and provide you with a security deposit, you can enjoy all the following, on us!

c. PET FREE & SMOKE FREE GUESTS
d. MINIMAL USE OF WATER & APPLIANCES
