Welcome Families,
I like to share with you my unique & special story, of how I became an Early Childhood Educator, & most importantly, how it lead me to my chosen career path, Special Education Technology in Special Needs Children in 1984. I truly believe that each child is unique & special in their own way. And every child develops &. learns at their own level and pace, as not every child will develop the same way. When I first became aware of the need of educators, I just began the desire to teach and got familiar with my first childcare program. The Mid-Valley YMCA Child Development Center, in Van Nuys , Ca They trained me and gave me a volunteer job while going to Los-Angeles Community College, to complete my teaching units to become a preschool teacher. And before long began my lifetime career in Early Childhood Education with the Special Education Teaching/Tutoring Certification Program in 2006.
