I was only six years old when I cooked my first dish: an omelette!!

But that omelette marked my whole life in a silent way for a long time during which I did anything else.

The degree in foreign languages and the master in communication were the trailblazers of my career in the editorial communication business in Rome.

But the “silent voice” of that “ babyish omelette” never abandoned me and I spent most of my free time taking cooking classes.

So in the middle of my life I shifted from marketing and communication consultancy to being a chef in a hotel in Lazio region.

This experience gave me great satisfaction, especially during cooking classes for foreign guests and so I decided to embrace a new challenge: to become a Personal Chef.

Cooking puts everyone on the same level and has no limits except those of imagination. It is a common denominator that satisfies senses and minds, makes everyone become friends and creats unforgettable moments.

Following your heart is always rewarding and the requests that I receive every day make me thank that omelette, that urging voice many years ago

In short: I cook and I am happy.
