I work as an adult ESL Instructor in an urban non-profit dedicated to assisting immigrants and refugees. I'm part of a network of amazing people who all work together to help our city's adult immigrant and refugee population through English language acquisition, job readiness programs, immigration help, after-school childcare, and other services.

Through research and community involvement I seek to understand the problems facing the refugee and immigrant communities and ways the city's services can be better designed to their fullest effect.
