I have been fascinated by health and healing since I was a teenager. I started practicing yoga at age sixteen after undergoing surgery for scoliosis and quickly became intrigued by how fast I regained flexibility in my spine, as well as the mind-body connection I never knew I was missing. Yoga brought me to Ayurveda, which led me to the exploration of nutrition and healing foods and herbs. This in turn guided me to the world of emotional health and energy work, particularly Reiki. After spending some time working in other fields, I decided to fully commit to the path of radical wellness and became a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200 hours) and Reiki practitioner (Level 2). I completed my MA in Integrative Health Studies at the California Institute of Integral Studies and am certified as a Cornerstone Labor and Postpartum Doula.
