I’m a JDC researcher at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), an expert in international and EU law, privacy, and interoperability.

I am the author of a monograph on Data Protection and Interoperability in EU External Relations.

I’m also interested in languages and volunteering. I love traveling!
