Frances Chen

Frances Chen Mendoza holds a BM in Piano Pedagogy from Baylor University. She is currently a private piano teacher teaching in the Bay Area and offers private piano lessons at her studio. She is also a member of Music Teachers Association of California (MTAC). Ms. Frances has been teaching for 10+ years and is great with children.
