Hi, my name is Francesco!

I was born in Sicily and then I lived in Sardinia... two lands very different with the exception to both be islands.
The islander life can be tough, many people look the sea as a kind of obstacle, fortunately I looked it as way to explore the rest.
I use the same thinking with my job, turning limits into opportunities of improvement.
When I reach this goal I'm happy, my greatest desire is to create a positive impact through my work.
As an Italian, my culture is strongly based on storytelling, similar to how services we use tell the stories of our daily lives ... impacting positively or negatively.
Accordingly the user experience can be an exciting adventure or nightmare... it depends how they are designed.
As a Service Designer, the main challenge is to reduce the complexity in our daily lives.
