I consider that my most relevant professional experience has been as Managing Director at Bang & Olufsen Italia SpA. In the fifteen years I worked for B&O I built my career starting as an employee, Junior Product & Training Manager in 1993, Training Manager in 1995, Retail Dev. Manager in 1997 up to Managing Director in 1999. So here is were I have grown and got competences and skill which later on has been integrated to new ones in new companies.

I have defined the organization and the operations for the start up of the firm - spin-off of Ecoconsult Srl - founded in 1995, consultancy and service provider in security, privacy and quality norms and regulations company compliance.

As from April 2009 until January 2012 I was Partner and Managing Director at the company Mind Srl, www.mindagency.com, web agency founded in 1996 based in Milan. Reporting to the BOD and in close collaboration with the President CFO & Founder I managed the reorganization and expansion of the company defining and applying the three years business plan 2009-2011. The revenues doubled in the indicated period as from €.1.3 mills. to €.2.6 mills. as well as the number of employees up to thirty in 2012. I was responsible for the set up of the production operations, sales & marketing strategy and implementation, human resources development and payroll.
