I’m a business operator focused on scaling companies through disciplined execution, financial rigor, and system design.

I serve as Chief Operating Officer at Deeded, where I lead operations, financial performance, and organizational alignment to drive growth and improve unit economics. I also serve as Managing Partner at Paisley Dental, where I support expansion, oversee business performance, and have led the acquisition and integration of multiple practices.

As an EOS Integrator, I focus on aligning vision with execution, building accountability across teams, and implementing systems that create consistency and scale.

My experience spans operations, finance, marketing, and M&A, with a focus on building predictable revenue, improving cash flow, and executing growth initiatives. I’ve led acquisitions and post-integration efforts, ensuring businesses are structured to perform and scale.

In addition to my operating roles, I’m an active investor and philanthropist, supporting initiatives that create long-term value for businesses and communities.

Outside of work, I’m an avid cyclist and endurance athlete, applying the same discipline and consistency from sport to business.
