Frances Parker

I'm an IT professional, photographer, and foodie.

Somewhat shy and reserved I joined Toastmasters February of 2011 to become a better communicator. Little did I know that Toastmasters would provide leadership opportunities which has greatly helped me with teaching photography classes and leading meetings.

Since then I've completed my first 10 speeches, served as Vice President of Public Relations of Skyline District Toastmasters for two terms, and I currently serve as Vice President Education.
