Over 14 years experience in the hospitality industry. Experience in the commercial, financial and operational areas of the hotels. Strategic planning of financial and human resources; identification of operational optimization opportunities; as well as experience on the usage of different management tools, negotiation skills by completing agreements with the personnel from different areas at different levels, ability to impact during these years by maintaining healthy profesional relationships.

Ability to implement new projects, by building working teams in an efficient and collaborative manner. Leadership according to the situation in order to work productively under potentially challenging situations.

Currently working as Operations Director, managing the following areas of the business units: Commercial, Operations (rooms and a&b divisions) and Financial. Knowledge of international standards, responsible of the quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
