Francisco has a background in both Business & Economics and Jazz studies, with a major in saxophone. Joining both worlds, he has developed a leadership model for Statups and dynamic organizations that results from a new approach to teams based on the behavior of Jazz musicians. He strongly believes in the major role of innovative education, and has lectured Information Systems for 2 years at Nova School of Business and Economics, showing how IT can add value to one’s businesses and life with disruptive solutions. He is one of the co-founders of FotoMaratona, an innovative urban game that mixes running and photography. He has joined Microsoft as an Online Media Business Developer and Operations Manager and is a Business Development Advisor at unfilled.org, both helping him gaining skills to aim at his mission of creating an impact on millions of people through state of the art education and health solutions.
