My name is Francis Elias. I am an experienced and intelligent objective drive Business Educator, Content Creator, Graphic designer, Author, Public Speaker, and Leader with a demonstrated history of achieving organizational objectives over the years. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Research, Leadership, and Computer Graphics Design.

Strong media and communication professional with a Bachelor of Science degree - B.Sc focused in Business Education from University of Nigeria Nsukka, Enugu State.

As an objective driven individual, I have been able to achieve great results from my experience and volunteer services such as; achieving a 37% profit increase as a manager/graphics designer at Judgeville Print, a 2% increase in my class pupils as a teacher in Beckey Academy Group of Schools, 3% upswing as a receptionist, etc.

In leadership, I have been able to demonstrate; Teamwork skills, effective communication, effective management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, which resulted in achievement of group/organizations objectives such as; leading my platoon to 2nd Position in overall NYSC Batch A1 2021 camp activities.

As a talented and passionate writer, I have authored several ebooks; Talent Is Not Enough, Simple Ways To Raise Money For Business, Simple Step-guide For A Successful NYSC, Say No To Heartbreak, Love & Blood; a novel, (available on www.selar.co/m/Eliasfrancis and Amazon.com) and lots more yet to be published. I am also a content/creative writer for a few blogs, and a ghostwriter.

My books and contents are results-driven with five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating from some of my readers so far. And still reaching more.

My dedication, discipline, skills, leadership styles, etc. have attracted many young ones to me, which allowed me to be a role model and mentors them towards the possibility of achieving their dreams of stopping at nothing.
