Francis Tirelli
In September 1999, Frank Tirelli left his post as Vice Chairman-Regional Managing Partner of Deloitte & Touche to become the Chief Operating Officer of MyCFO.com, a financial services firm based in Mountain View, California. Targeted at a demographic of mostly high net worth individuals, MyCFO.com provides its clients with specifically designed financial solutions tailored to personal needs and preferences. Since its inception, MyCFO.com has endeavored to present its clients with the most comprehensive advice and services, including investment advisory, income tax planning and compliance, philanthropic ventures, wealth and expense management, and bill paying. As the COO of MyCFO.com, Frank Tirelli worked closely with more than 200 financial services advisors and 120 technology professionals to set the company up for a successful future. With its 400 high net worth of clients with $40 billion of assets, Frank Tirelli successfully guided MyCFO.com from a startup position to a fully operation business that generated revenues of $27 million and $65 million years in 2000 and 2001, respectively. During this time, Frank Tirelli also assisted in the structuring of three rounds of financing, which garnered $90 million in investment capital and valuations of $300 to $500 million. In order to streamline the process of client information reporting and effectively utilize his staff, Frank Tirelli oversaw the implementation of an online internet system that standardized compliance features. After leaving MyCFO.com, Frank Tirelli enjoyed a successful stint with Herbalife International, where he managed to double the company’s share price in only two years as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Frank successfully managed the sale of Herbalife to two private equity firms. After the sale of Herbalife Frank returned to Deloitte as the Chairman and CEO of Deloitte Italy, a member of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where he currently manages the Firm from its Milan headquarters.
