I help businesses keep their systems running smoothly by digging into issues, improving workflows, and supporting EDI and 3PL integrations. I enjoy figuring out how things work and making them work better. Over the years, I’ve built a mix of skills that blend support, troubleshooting, and hands-on technical work across Windows, and Linux.
Before moving into support and integrations, I spent years designing and developing web applications. That background still helps me today because I understand how systems behave from the front end all the way down to the server. I’ve built sites from scratch, converted designs into clean HTML and CSS, and managed Linux servers that needed to stay reliable under pressure. I’ve handled migrations, upgrades, version control, and security checks. I’ve even built custom APIs when teams needed their systems to talk to each other.
These days, my work focuses on helping customers succeed with the tools they rely on. I create documentation, train users, and solve problems that don’t always have a clear answer. I like turning complicated processes into something people can actually understand and use.
