I love being outside in my backyard, a 201-hectare Canadian forest or riding lakes around with my kite water or ice.

Native from Burgundy and raised in the Alps next to the Rhône Valley I was once a Chef helper in a French fine restaurant. I just love sharing my passion for wine and food.
