CFO with a strong focus on industry and a significant international exposure, my role consists of:- Leading Finance teams,- Structuring financial processes,- Facilitating strategic planning sessions,- Supporting acquisition processes from negotiation to post-merger integration,- Negotiating financing to support company developments.With an initial engineering background, I wanted to have a holistic approach of enterprise. Therefore, I completed my academic studies with a master of strategic management.My professional experience allows me to master the various topics of financial management from accounting to tax and from controlling to financing; always close to operations and aiming to provide relevant solution to Group’s strategy.I progressively take leadership of significant teams supporting corporate developments in Europe, Africa, Middle-East and Asia and managing complex restructuration.
