I LOVE TO RIDE. It connects me to the wonder and beauty of nature. Mountain biking is one of my favourite outlets for adventure, exploration and freedom. It tests my determination, focus and strength every time. Challenging myself on a difficult climb or a technical downhill is always exhilarating and rewarding.

I LOVE TO LEARN. Coaching and connecting with others satisfies my yearning for curiosity, compassion and sharing. As a coach I am always seeking to enhance and support the goodness and highest intention of the people that I work with.
