Operations Management and Business Development in New York

I collect acorns and intriguing seedpods dropped from trees.

Today, I realize how this relates to the way I work. I notice the small stuff that is often overlooked or stepped on; I acknowledge its existence as something unique (sometimes even, inspiring)—I then connect it to the bigger picture.

This is not only reflected in my way of handling business operations, but also, in how I build relationships with colleagues, teams and clients. Substantial success can come from understanding those small yet distinct differences among people and what it is that gets them into action.
