Over the years -- and working in all economic climates in the US and abroad -- I've used this approach to successfully implement cost-saving service platforms, standards programs and change management initiatives for Fortune 500 firms and government agencies. These same techniques have also enabled me to differentiate product and service providers to demonstrate the value they bring to their clients.

I get the job done by thinking of business as theatre, applying theatre principles that engender creativity (vision), clear direction (communication), great casting (engagement), and stellar reviews (metrics).
