Frank Teoli-Colatrella is a trilingual Canadian educator, National B Licensed soccer coach, and sports entrepreneur based in Quebec. For over two decades, Frank has dedicated his professional life to athletic excellence and youth mentorship, bridging the gap between classroom education and high-level sports development.

Frank’s commitment to sports stems from his own diverse athletic background. As a youth, he excelled as a dual-sport athlete, playing competitive club soccer with CSRDP up to the U15AAA level while building an intensive football career playing for the Sun Youth Hornets, Christian Brothers Academy, and at Syracuse University. After a Grade 3 complete ACL/MCL right knee rupture with complete surgical excision forced his retirement from competitive sports in 1998, Frank channeled his strategic mind into technical coaching, launching his career in 1999.

Frank holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University. As a High School teacher and long-time head coach at Lester B. Pearson High School, he has led teams to three provincial championships. On the club circuit, his head coaching resume features premier organizations including CS St-Laurent, AS Laval, and CS Monteuil. Renowned for his analytical approach, his track record includes multiple LSEQ titles, an LSL Championship, and being named Coach of the Year.

An innovator at heart, Frank is also the founder of MATC Soccer School, a specialized academy dedicated to modern cognitive training that refines field awareness, peripheral vision, and reaction speeds in young athletes.
