Originally hailing from Laie, Hawaii, Frank Tusieseina's life journey has been marked by diverse experiences, shaping him into the entrepreneurial leader he is today. Over his career spanning more than 35 years, Frank has predominantly established his presence in the management and marketing sectors of the sports and entertainment industries. Presently, he resides in Toquerville, Utah, where his past achievements have bolstered his self-assured persona and molded him into the insightful leader he has become.
Between 1983 and 1985, Frank honed his leadership skills through service opportunities during his LDS Mission in the Philippines. These valuable skills found direct application in his academic pursuits and subsequent role as a property manager for a condominium complex.
In 1990, Frank Tusieseina ventured into the music and entertainment industry, taking on the role of executive manager at Vision Records. In this capacity, he oversaw all facets of the business, orchestrated multi-city tours, and made a positive impact on the Christian music industry. His tenure here paved the way for an international role with Japan Victor Company (JVC), where he played a pivotal role in revamping JVC's Karaoke software, elevating it from last place to the industry's top spot.
Despite these significant achievements, Frank's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish a sports agency. His extensive background in sports and management positioned him well to represent both established and up-and-coming athletes in their careers. Through his agency, he had the privilege of representing Eric Fonoimoana, a professional beach volleyball player who clinched the gold medal for the U.S. at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games.
Simultaneously, Frank's company produced several concerts and multimedia events. Notably, he co-produced the televised Who's Got Game Challenge on NBC, featuring NBA stars in Maui.
Since 2010, Frank has held the position of founder and CEO at Eastward Management Group, where he combines his expertise in marketing, business development, sports, event production, and even real estate.
