Prof. Dr. Frank Ashall
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
I have over a decade experience as a research biochemist and 19 years training and practicing as a medical doctor, and I now am a professor of medical biochemistry in Ethiopia, where I teach graduate and medical students. I am passionate about learning and teaching..... knowledge, compassion and concern for others, not money, are the key currencies for change and for peace in the world. We must teach our students to work for a better and fairer world for everyone. I am, also, a strong advocate and campaigner for a world free of tobacco-related diseases. The tobacco industry is targeting poor youth in developing countries, putting profits above health, creating the worst epidemic in human history.
