A dynamic leader of people and processes, Frank spent a decade as a multiline commercial underwriter at before being promoted to his employer's IT division, where he trained in analysis, software development, and change control, to help them build better business process decision tools for their underwriters.

After honing information system skills and insurance skills, Frank joined an international NGO as insurance IT project advisor, where for four years he managed a software development program to add an insurance brokerage and other business solutions to their banking system portfolio.

Most recently Frank directed teams of IT consultants hired to create business solutions for the unique business challenges facing their customers.

As Managing Director of the project services st MicroPlanet (MP) Technologies, Inc., Frank directed the front and back office of the project technicians and organizers providing solutions and support to customers in the world's developing markets.

Growing up, Frank was privileged to live in several U.S. states, and absorbed multiple cultures and languages living in five countries on three continents by the time he started college at 18. World traveler, standards bearer, facilitator, multi-cultural leader, effective communicator and organizer, Frank enjoys and has success working in both team and distributed work environments.

In 2017 Frank stepped away from work to wrest control of a rapidly deteriorating family health situation. More than five years later, the situation has settled and can be managed with the help of others, so Frank has decided he can now return to work.
