Frank Luca is the President and CEO of Solusa. Frank is an experienced Commodities Broker/Trader since 2007. Frank was previously an EVP and Principal with UBEQUITY Capital Partners, a private equity company and commodities trading company based in Toronto with offices in New York, London and Los Angeles. Frank is experienced in the sale of refined fuels including: D2, ULSD, (EN-590), Aviation Kerosene including Jet A-A1, MGO and other Marine Fuels as well as Mazut and various grades of Crude Oil. He has established relationships with several Hedge Funds, Trade Desks, Resellers, and Refineries and Government-run Petroleum Companies.

He is well experienced in Presentation having spent several years in the Advertising and Marketing fields, where he was employed at some of the world’s largest advertising firms, including Young and Rubicam, BBDO where he held senior management positions.

Prior to this position, Frank was Chief Operating Officer for Medestea USA (formerly Santica USA), an importer of high-end Italian Cosmetics and Health & Beauty supplements. Before joining Santica USA, Frank held a senior management position at Cossette Post, New York, a division of Cossette Communications, the largest Advertising & and Marketing Communications network in Canada.

Frank attended the School of Visual Arts in New York where he majored in Art, Advertising and Marketing Communications.
