Frank Malinowski

I am a Quality Engineer and a Tai Chi Instructor. My teacher since 1995 is Sifu Won Park who founded the Wuwei school of Tai Chi, which is based on the Taoist philosophy of "doing without doing." In practice this means moving efficiently without unnecessary or interfering actions.

Since 2005 I have been teaching both xiao jia Chen style and short forms that Dr. Park developed.
