My Name's Frank (or Frankie or even Francis!) and I'm ALL about FOOD!

From the age of 4, I got my hands on a book about vitamins, and that's where the interest in Nutrition all began. I was fascinated about their role in the body.

I was always keen to learn to cook new things; my father was a chef by trade, so perhaps my love of food has been inherited. My preferred night out involves trying new things at new restaurants, or trying out new recipes myself.

In my late teens I self-educated in sports nutrition (after my American body-building cousin sent me my first text book) and fitness, to undergo a physical transformation/weight loss, before receiving my formal sports nutrition qualifications at a later date.

I went on to achieve a Bachelor’s degree in Food Quality, Safety and Nutrition at Queen's University, Belfast (Ireland). I'm currently pushing this further with a master’s degree in Human Nutrition, at the University of Ulster, Coleraine.

Along with obtaining my degrees, I have worked in the supplement industry for almost 7 years now. I've obtained strong insight into supplement use amongst the public, advising on the best supplement strategies to help clients achieve their goals (i.e. weight loss or muscle building), and trends in the supplement industry.
