Frank Morales

I am a Serial Entrepreneur who has owned and operated five companies over a 30 + year career.My first significant incarnation was as the owner/operator of ADM Club Management Systems, Inc., a Technology Consulting Firm providing business software and consulting solutions. Utilizing a consultative and solutions-oriented approach, I represented, sold, and implemented all aspects of Business Software and Services, as well as Consulting, Systems Implementation, Training, and Customer Support. I also assisted several start-up ventures within the software market, and helped them grow to vertical dominance by organizing VAR networks, and conducted business in the US, Canada, Latin America, and Europe.

My second defining incarnation was as a Certified Sandler Trainer, Coach, and Mentor. Through ongoing reinforcement training, I helped professionals improve their behaviors, alter many of their attitudes, and develop new skills to improve sales and establish business lifestyle changes. I provided Classroom Training, Customized In-house Instruction at client sites, as well as Internet Virtual Training.

My final business incarnation is as a coach who wants to help people work smarter, not harder. I work one-on-one with solopreneurs, as well as with owners and managers of small to large companies.
