Frank Bagnasco is an avid biker and triathlete in his spare time. He enjoys pushing himself to the maximum extent of his physical health. He has competed in several triathlons for St. Anthony's and Nautica. Triathlons allow Frank to train both on and off the water. Triathlons are a natural fit for Frank, who is an ardent cyclist and swimmer. He is also a Tour de Cure American Diabetes Association rider who participates in fundraising for the organization. He coached baseball in the St. Petersburg Beach Little League for five years. He enjoys spending time on the baseball field and is excited about the opportunity to instruct in the St. Petersburg region.

In his spare time, Frank Bagnasco enjoys SCUBA diving. He adores the water so much that he is a proficient spearfisherman. The challenge of spearfishing in the water brings out the competitor within. He is always pushing himself in career and in his personal life. Frank is always eager to go the extra mile to ensure his success. He gives his time to instruct Southwest Little League baseball. He collaborated with Meals on Wheels volunteers to donate and distribute medical supplies and equipment to the underprivileged.
