Frank Coppa

A former member of The Bisceglie Mutual Society & Family Club, Inc., Frank Coppa actively volunteered at New York soup kitchens from 1964 to 1996, serving warm meals to struggling families and individuals throughout the winter holiday season and handing out toys to children at Christmas. With a passion for philanthropy and community engagement, Frank Coppa helped raise money to rebuild the First Baptist Church in Durham, North Carolina, as well as donating a baby grand piano to the ministry’s choir. His charitable actions also include the donation of a school bus to Staten Island's Tottenville High School, after learning the school’s athletic department had lost funding to transport its athletes.

Frank Coppa attended RCA Institute College in Brooklyn, where he studied management. Throughout his career, he found employment in various occupations, serving as a longshoreman and working at First Media Advertising, Inc. However, most of Mr. Coppa’s professional life was spent as an employee of Daniel T. Bus, Inc., a school bus transportation firm.

A regular participant in community projects and charity events, Frank Coppa made a grand donation to the Manalapan, New Jersey Fire Department after September 11, 2001. He gathered more than $25,000 worth of supplies from his neighborhood to help these rescue workers clean up Ground Zero.
