Frank Costanzo is the Chief of School Operations for Norwalk's 20 public schools and 11,700 students. A graduate of Quinnipiac University Quinnipiac University, Frank went of receive a Master's of Arts in Teaching from Brown University, a Master's of Education in Education Leadership from Harvard University, and a Doctor’s of Education in Organization and Leadership from Columbia University.

For Frank, education must be paired with caring and exceptional leadership. Of first and fundamental importance is Frank's servant-leadership, something he tries to embody in both his personal and professional life. Knowing firsthand the importance of being a strong leader, Frank works to ensure that all of the people he oversees are listened to and guided. Frank was nominated for the High Potential Leadership Program for the New Haven Public Schools in 2010. His work, which has primarily focused on transforming existing urban school district organizational framework with the mission of developing a system that is edifying and beneficial to both student and adult learning.

Some of Frank Costanzo's accomplishments include raising college enrollment and persistence rates, helping to ensure the largest percentage increase on the Next Generation Accountability Index for K-12 district for the Norwalk school district. He also raised four-year high school graduation rates to 96%.

In addition to his professional career, Frank Costanzo is a dedicated family man to a beautiful wife, two daughters, and a son.
