With more than 20 years retail experience and 16 years implementing software solutions for grocery retailers, wholesalers and department stores I have an excellent understanding of all aspects of the Retail operation. I have worked for clients in the Netherlands, Sweden, UK, USA, Germany and Ireland.

I have been leading solution architecture groups/design authorities at various clients in Europe for many years. I have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, if I may say so myself, and bring a lot of experience in enterprise architecture, quality assurance, design & design review, delivering CRP’s, workshops, testing, training and methodologies.

Frank has a Master’s degree in Art Management & Art Policy (really), and is in the process of getting his first book published, on the topic of successful ERP implementations, entitled "Frequently Ignored Advice: What you should know about software implementations".
