Change requires the ability and willingness to reflect. It needs time. And in case more than one person is involved it requires real interest in others.

I worked in logistics for three major companies for 18 years. Having learned what it takes to move goods I realized my interest lies in what it takes to move people. Several projects later and after co-founding a private school I am back at what I was always best at: empathetic listening, interest in people and their motivators, creating an environment for personal change - thus building the base for advancing people driven businesses.
