As a former "owner", as they say in construction, I was fortunate to have worked for some of the largest organizations in the world - namely Pfizer, Inc. and Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI). And with some of the largest construction companies in the world during my career of building more than 3 billion-dollars in new facilities. As a Vice President I was a successful leader and manager of more than 300 staff members throughout my career.

The pharmaceutical and healthcare industries have grown in significantly different ways in the past 23 years and I was fortunate enough to have been part of their transformations.
