Frank Farm

I'm a Web Production & Technology Manager in the Office of Student and Curricular Affairs in the University of California, San Francisco School of Pharmacy. I manage and communicate information about the PharmD degree program and the Dean’s Office activities, primarily through the web at http://pharmacy.ucsf.edu. Before UC San Francisco, I worked at Adobe Systems, Inc., and Aldus Corporation providing technical support by telephone and email, supporting customers in online forums, writing technical support documentation, and building websites, web databases, and web applications. Before that I worked at Borland International in C++ Technical Support providing telephone support. I graduated from Crown College in UC Santa Cruz with college honors with a bachelor of arts in computer and information sciences. I live in the Sunset district of San Francisco. In the past I have hand-coded my own XHTML, CSS, XML, RSS, and PHP. Today, most of my work involves with Drupal. I'm an expert in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
