My name is Frankie, I am a journalist from the UK currently living and travelling around Australia with my partner, and I am always on the look out for somewhere good to go, see, do etc.
I have travelled all over the world, including Europe, South and Central America, southern Africa and Sri Lanka and after staying put in England for the past five years, I decided it was time to hit road again..although this time I hope to work, and if I don’t make my fortune, I at least aim to not rack up the kinds of debts that my past travels have seen, and which have taken me the best part of a decade to pay back.
I love going to new places…well I like being in new places…getting to them I always find a bit of a struggle. Planes, boats, coaches are not my thing, and I have lost count of the number of countries that have been witness to my attacks of travel sickness or the number of locals who have sniggered at my feeble gringa ways.
