Frank Jermusek

Frank Jermusek is the president of Northco Real Estate Services in Minneapolis. Northco, the company Frank Jermusek founded, is the largest full service real estate company in Minneapolis. He has worked on thousands of transactions ranging from small, local real estate to corporate transactions of over $150 million. His transactions total well over $1 billion.

Recently, Northco Real Estate Services partnered with Sperry Van Ness to form Sperry Van Ness | Northco. Frank Jermusek will head the newly-formed golf & resort national product council for all 180 SVN offices.

Frank Jermusekgrew up in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota and attended Park Center Senior High School. Growing up, Frank Jermusek learned the values of teamwork and communication through playing sports like football, basketball, and baseball.

A business-minded man, Frank Jermusek finished high school with the intentions of going on to get a higher degree, and doing some serious work in the professional world while getting his college education.

After his high school graduation, Frank Jermusek’s great grades and excellent reputation earned him acceptance into college. Through excelling in his studies at the Minnesota School of Business, he began to hone in on his interests and realize what really intrigued him.

Jermusek studied at MSB for one year before he transferred to the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul in pursuit of their excellent business program, with the intention of focusing on Business Accounting and Tax.
