Started an executive coaching business for women desiring accelerated career growth and career change. Coached clients to maximize their career potential by identifying and capitalizing on their talents, skills and experience and creating and implementing an effective action plan. Conducted coaching sessions individually and in groups via phone, teleconferences and in person. Wrote and developed training programs capable of being delivered to a class or to individuals in a self-paced format.

Conducted market research and used results to design marketing materials, including two websites, newsletters, sales pages, brochures, and logos. Wrote marketing copy consistent with brand message for websites, special promotions, newsletters, and products and services.
