I am Frank Lauletta III, a corporate attorney, entrepreneur, and founding member of Lauletta Birnbaum, LLC, based in Sewell, New Jersey. I help businesses navigate legal challenges, structure transactions, and make decisions that support their goals.

I graduated from the University of Delaware in 1992 and earned my Juris Doctor with Tax Honors from Rutgers Law School in 1995. My practice serves companies across technology, healthcare, telecommunications, manufacturing, energy, and professional services.

As outside general counsel, I work closely with executives on corporate matters, commercial agreements, and business strategy. My experience includes business purchases and sales, succession planning, shareholder disputes, and intellectual property matters. I also help companies build sales and licensing agreements that simplify negotiations and support operations.

My interest in entrepreneurship led me to co-found Incutate, which provides legal, business, and strategic guidance to startups and emerging technology companies. Through mentoring relationships, including connections with Rowan University’s Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, I help founders address the challenges of building businesses.

Outside work, I hold a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and enjoy skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and mountain biking. I am also a Gobundance Champion Member. These interests reflect my commitment to learning, discipline, and taking on challenges.
