Frankline is a highly motivated young woman with a solid management skills. She develops effective relationship with teams, individuals and external partners to achieve positive and excellent results. Her areas of expertise includes women and youth empowerment, peace building, community development, children' rights, events planning and organization and education.
Frankline’s leadership has been recognized in numerous ways. In 2013 she was selected as a Fellow by the Moremi Initiative for Women’s Leadership in Africa (MILEAD), the first to be selected from Burkina Faso. From the 2100 applicants from 44 African countries and the Diaspora, she was one of 25 who were selected for the Summer Institute Leadership Training in Accra, Ghana.
She is also the first Amani fellow who represented her country at the African Youth Amani Fellowship in Thailand in 2014. Frankline is a Vital Voices Global Partnership VVLead Fellow and a Mandela Washington Fellow (2015). She is also a Women Deliver 2016 Youth Scholar and a three time winner of the International Youth Fellowship English Speech Contest (2011-2013).
She is a Peace Coach for the World Peace Initiative Foundation through its Peace Revolution project, an interactive, internet-based self-development program and is also working for the West African Entrepreneurship and Innovation- WAEIF as an Assistant.
Frankline enjoys simple life and is not afraid to try new things.
