Born 03 Oct. 1974 and grew up in an Army family in Victoria, Australia. Barr. Isa lost his wife [Jean Isa] April 5 2017 in a gassy motor accident, his a single father of a lovely son, honest caring and loving man, He attended Thomas Jefferson High School in Victoria, for two years and then Jesuit High School, Australia and graduated with master degree. He attended the Australian Academy of Law where he gain his degree as an Attorney.
