Franklin (ubiheavy) is very passionate about community development. He had served as Program Assistant with Debate and Development Resource Center - Nigeria where I assisted in providing debate training and resource materials to Schools, Universities, and Colleges etc. I was at the fore-front in introducing new Debate Format (KARL POPPER AND BRITISH PARLIAMENTARY DEBATE). He is presently the Coach of University of Calabar Debate Club and Secretary University of Calabar Debate Committee.
