Frank Macari

Frank Macari is a seasoned finance professional with 25+ years of experience to his name. As a project analyst, he has the communication skills, determination and technology know-how necessary to succeed at any job. He has worked at such companies as CitiGroup, Bravura Solutions and Standard Life Investments. As well as his work as a finance professional, Frank’s interests include travelling, music and sports.

Frank loves to travel throughout Europe. Every year, he makes an effort to visit both Amsterdam, his favourite place in the word, and Spain, where he holidays with his wife and daughter.

Unlike many people, who just enjoy music as a sort of background sound, Frank Macari would rather live it. Frank loves to travel to concerts all throughout Europe. It allows him to catch up with friends, appreciate great music and get a chance to see his favourite artists perform up close and personal. Frank first got turned onto electronic music when he saw Gary Numan perform in "Top of the Pops". In the past 30 years, Frank has seen Gary Numan perform across the world over 140 times, and even got to meet him in person when he performed in Dublin. Frank is also a big fan of other electronic artists, including John Foxx, Depeche Mode, OMD and Kraftwerk. He is a passionate collector of vinyl records, a hobby that began when he was a young boy.

Frank is a huge fan of sports, both indoors and outdoors, as well. Frank has loved football since he saw his first game at the age of 7, his favourite team being the Hibernian Football Club of Edinburgh. Even now when in his mid-forties, Frank still makes an effort to play football with his friends every chance he gets. He is also an enthusiastic golf player, a wildly popular sport in his native Scotland. Frank also enjoys many indoor sports, in particular pub games. His two favourites are darts and snooker. Frank began playing snooker when he was eleven, after his father brought a snooker table to the house. Frank soon became absorbed in the game, and over thirty years later, still makes an effort to play both games whenever he gets the chance.
