Frank Nemirofsky is the CEO, Founder, and Chairman of the Board at expHand, Inc. Founded in 2002, expHand has developed an application that has plans to expand as a network ecosystem. Frank has managed to assemble an all-star cast of business executives all with one objective, to create a digital network that links as many individual users together under one digital platform umbrella. With extensive experience in the corporate world his previous positions include a stint as CEO at SmartTV, a subdivision of Warner Brothers.

Frank has become extremely well-versed within the world of mobile payments. The company which he founded has built a platform that intends to compete with PayPal, Apply Pay, and Google Wallet. Through intense research and development, the software engineering team was assembled in order to produce this deliverable. During the development phase of the product, several software engineers stumbled upon an innovate new technological advancement which they have patented.
