I worked for Philips in several industries from consumer to healthcare and across multiple continents as executive HR leader. In the USA I was Head of HR for North America leading and transforming the HR organization and supporting the business integrations for 30.000 employees. In Mergers and Acquisitions I was part of many major deals and integrations as HR deal lead. From 2011 until 2015 I led the design, set up and establishment of the Global HR Operations organization for Philips.
In January 2016 I started my own consultancy business. My focus as independent management consultant is on HR innovation, integration of organizations after M&A, set up and improvement of shared service organizations through interim management, consulting and coaching.
